Credit Card Offers Made Easy

Your Step by Step Credit Card Guide

My staff is always making fun of me for a “pamphlet” meeting I held eight years ago.

I’ll come up with a project to add to their already-busy plates and assure them that the project will be really easy to implement.

“We’ll finish it by Friday for sure,” I’ll tell them.

And inevitably, they will roll their eyes and say, “Right … kind of like that time we had a meeting to discuss the ‘pamphlet.’”

Here’s what happened …

I had been a mortgage broker for several years, and I thought I would always be a mortgage broker. I woke up bright and early, got on the phone, made my calls, and kept plugging away until the late hours.

I loved my job, but I was frustrated because so many of my clients were paying high interest rates due to their low credit scores. I wanted to put together a

IOB to give away smart cards in Kerala village today

Written by Oliver Laker on July 4, 2011.

Public sector lender Indian Overseas Bank will be giving out smart cards to people in the village of Vellalur in Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala.

As part of its financial inclusion plan, the CMD of the bank, Mr M Narendra would himself be giving out the cards.

Business correspondents (BCs) have been appointed in these remote areas with smart card reading machines which would be providing funds to people.

BCs would be aiding card holders in cash deposit as well as withdrawal processes.

In this district, the bank has identified 10 villages which are unbanked.

You see, when I teach people how to find their buried treasures, I also give them a financial tip about changing their mindset. After all, finding money won’t change your life if you rush out and spend it frivolously.

And this number is a better indicator than the price. From a personal growth

13 States With Free and Discounted Credit Reports

Written by Tim Peak on July 2, 2011.

Most credit reports costs a minimum of $10.50 depending on where you purchase from. That’s more than $30 for three credit reports at a time.

We’re all entitled to a free annual credit report each year from AnnualCreditReport.com, but certain states have laws that grant an additional free credit report each year. Other states have laws that discount credit reports. For example, credit reports cost $3 in Minnesota.

Personal Growth and Development Over the Next Six Months

Written by Blake Teen on July 1, 2011.

“If you don’t do something different, your life is going to be exactly the same in six months.”

That’s what I told one of my Never Be Stuck students. I had given her some homework, and she didn’t want to do it. She wasn’t ready. Her website wasn’t up. It wasn’t the right time.

You’ve heard all the excuses. In fact, you’ve probably given all the excuses. I know I have!

In fact, I kept waiting for the perfect time to get back into the shape I was in during college. But there will never be a perfect time – not for anything. And I realized that if I don’t exercise and change my eating habits now, I wouldn’t be in the best shape of my life, and in six months, I still wouldn’t be in the best shape of my life!

Think about all the couples who are waiting for the perfect time to have kids, for the perfect time to start their retirement accounts, and for the perfect time to start donating to charity. If they sit around waiting
